A Couple With Sweet Chemistry
“I put my all into your hands, Here’s my soul to keep. I let you in with all that I can, You’re not hard to Reach. And you’ve blessed me with the best gift that I’ve ever known. You give me purpose”
From the moment we met Tyler and Cassidy we knew their chemistry was undeniable. The feelings these high school sweet hearts shared for each other was so infectious we immediately fell in love with them. The couple came to us with so many unique ideas we wanted to incorporate into their big day.
Tyler and Cassidy’s wedding was set at the hidden mountain estate Foxwood Inn, in Jumping Branch West Virginia. The first time we saw the venue we knew it would be a beautiful location for this September wedding. The ceremony took place in the expansive front yard of the Mulberry House with a backdrop of a charming koi pond lined with maiden grass. The aisle was lined with water filled cylinders and floating candles. The couple exchanged their vows under a custom rustic arch adorned with a hand-pieced garland of red, white, and yellow late-summer flowers.
Custom signs, in hand lettered chalk, were just a few of the personalized touches incorporated into this wedding. A commissioned Cary & Co. piece detailed the perfect message for the setting.
The sun kissed veranda of the Mulberry house was the setting for this formal reception. The focal point of each table was the bold colors of the sunflower centerpieces made by Brown Sack Florist. The centerpieces were set in vases filled with illusion pearls. Flanking each centerpiece were small illuminated water bowls with floating daisy blooms. Monogrammed confetti was sprinkled on the tables, adding another touch of personalization. At each place setting there was a wedding Mad Libs guests could fill out to put in the bride and groom’s memory book. Framing the stone fireplaces were pearl filled cylinders showcasing the bridesmaids’ bouquets. In west corner of the banquet room a custom-made monogram was highlighted by sunflower arrangements. In the opposite corner of the banquet room a sentimental presentation of pictures, flowers, and keepsakes were displayed.
This couple wanted a unique favor featuring the groom’s background in chemistry. The love themed periodic table of elements complimented the display of test tubes filled with candy. Each favor was adorned with a hand tied bow and special message from the bride and groom to their guests.
We really enjoyed working with this sweet couple and having this gorgeous venue as our canvas.
